Client uses various medical software, including Sidexis, Oasis, and Dolphin, which were hosted on their on-premises server. Our team coordinated with the software vendors to resolve any issues that may arise, ensuring the smooth operation of the dental practice. As part of the network upgrade, we replaced the end-of-life firewall with a new hardware solution and imported the necessary rules and configurations for optimal network security. We also deployed an SSL VPN solution to facilitate remote access, ensuring secure access to company resources for dentists who may need to work from a public domain.
